A few dozen kilometers from Marrakech, the Ourika valley is a small green jewel enclosed in the Atlas Mountains. Ideal destination for those travelers wishing to discover and explore the most authentic Berber Morocco, the Ourika valleys offers plenty of opportunities for relax, fun and adventure along its steep canyons, amazing waterfalls and natural pools of clear water hidden in a lush forest. By crossing the High Atlas Mountains at the Toubkal National Park, travelling through green gardens, small fields and fruit trees, on the second day we’ll then reach the Lalla Takerkoust lake for two days of nature and sports along its white beaches freshened up throughout the year by cool Atlas winds. A good trip also for families with children, especially in the hot months.

Ourika Valley - Lake of Lala Takrkoust
Relax, fun and adventure are our keywords for our first day trip at the Ourika valley, that will start with an accessible and enjoyable hike up to the top of the waterfalls, walking along natural pools of fresh water hidden in a lush, thick forest. Upon request, kayaking and canyoning adventures and plenty of other funny ideas for an unforgettable nature-break surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the High Atlas. On the second day, we’ll cross the Toubkal National Park to reach the Lalla Takerkoust lake, lesser-known compared to other top destinations in the South of Morocco, but still a great alternative for hikers, nature explorers and adventure seekers. In summer months, the lake's long beaches are also a perfect place for sunbathing while in the evening the cozy traditional restaurants on the lake shores are the perfect place for moments of relax and conviviality, with food tasting sessions and cooking demonstrations. Upon request, mountain biking, horse riding trails and jet ski adventures.
